Once again, boring Philosophy classes. They're great for drawing these Giger-esque thingamajigs. Tried to detail this one a bit more.

Also, I bet I've said this before but I really enjoy watching the evolution of your style and skill.
It's been an honor
I will however say that I'm not a huge fan of the lips, I know it's supposed to look feminine but I guess I'm just used to the Aliens' design.
Also, this is kind of petty but the shading on the asscrack looks a little bit like shit, I'd recommend making it softer and circling around to the bottom half (if that made any sense).
